A great list. Although of course, I would disagree with most of it. I tried to watch Yuyu Hakusho a few years ago but couldn’t get into it at all. I guess I am too old and jaded now. This reminds me, I should write a list of my favorite movies at some point.

Even though we have different tastes in anime, I can agree with a lot of your choices, especially Bebop, CCS, Eva, Trigun, and Madoka =) And I think yours is the only top anime list I’ve seen that has a Pokemon movie…nothing wrong with that of course The 2nd is my favorite Pokemon movie as well.
Berserk isn’t on there because I don’t LOVE it as much as I do everything else on here. Monster isn’t on here for the same reason. Both would be on my top manga list because there’s less competition.
LoGH isn’t on here because, obviously, I haven’t completed it yet. Once/If I finish it, it’ll probably make this list.

My only criticism about your list is that I don’t see godlike animes like Berserk, Monster and LoGH listed.
Once I read some more manga, I’ll post it.
