Symphogear 10 – Kumbaya
Not quite the Triforce, but close enough.
Since Nana got to sing twice last week, she won’t sing this time. And also let’s throw lots of plot development since it wasn’t really there for the past two weeks.
- So it looks like Fine and Ryouko are one in the same. It’s almost a disappointment because I totally wouldn’t have minded the evil twin thing.
- The animation was actually pretty good this week.
- Is the final showdown really going to be at the school? It would’ve been even better if it was at the concert hall.
- Is the Tsubasa-going-overseas subplot going to return next week? I kind of don’t want it to. But considering the Circle of Friendship is now complete, it would kind of make sense for the writers to split them up again.
- Chris’ new song was okay. I’ll be able to evaluate it properly once I hear the recording, which isn’t coming out until the end of the month. BLEARGH.
- With all this talk about peace and adulthood between Chris and the Commander, I suspect there’s going to be a timeskip ending. The Commander is totally gonna kick the bucket soon.
Tsubasa probably won’t be leaving until the epilogue or something. If I remember correctly, she only going to leave after the Noise incident has been resolved. Hope the commander doesn’t die, he is too awesome – overpowered but awesome.
